Stay Connected via Electronic Medical Records

Over time, most long term care patients will see several specialists in addition to their primary care physician and medical care team. Until now, each doctor had to keep a chart for each patient, leading to duplicate tests and time wasted by answering the same questions from different doctors. Nursing home software gives all of the patient's doctors and nursing team access to one unified patient file.

Electronic medical records enable doctors and specialists who see long term care patients to work more efficiently. There are no paper records that medical staff  might forget to share with the patient's doctors. The long term care team calls everything up on a computer screen.

With many of our seniors going into long term care facilities, the doctors need to make the best decision possible based on available information. Electronic health records now allow doctors to stay connected and provide excellent long term care.
